Starting as a heavy equipment rental service provider, PPA believed that its deep expertise in fleet management, fuel efficiency, and equipment productivity could make a greater contribution to Indonesia's mining industry. This conviction drove PPA to enter the mining contracting business in 2005.

PPA was founded as a heavy equipment rental services company for the mining industry.

Joko Triraharjo

President Director

Joining the Company in 2005, he has held various positions at PPA, including Project Manager (2005–2008), Operations Manager (2008–2011), and was subsequently appointed as Director and shareholder of the company. He was inaugurated as President Director since May 2024.

Ardi Tirta Tjoa

Vice President Director

Joining the Company in 2005, when the company commenced its first mining services project at PT Kadya Caraka Mulya, South Kalimantan. He was appointed as Director in 2008–2009, and currently serves as Vice President Director.

Joining the Company in 2009, he has held various positions at PPA, including Deputy Project Manager (2009–2010), Project Manager (2010–2012), People & Mining Development Manager (2012–2016), General Manager (2016–2019), and is currently appointed as Director.

Appointed as independent director since 2018, he began his career at the Astra Group and has served for more than 18 years. He previously served as Finance Director at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama.

With nearly 20 years of experience across senior positions in supply chain management, operations, and business development within leading mining services companies. Serving as Independent Director at PPA since 2021.

Fathul Muin

Director of SCM & Corporate People and Culture

Held various strategic positions for over 20 years at PT United Tractors and served as Director of Sales and Products at PT Bina Pertiwi. He joined PPA as Director in 2023.
