AMM Wins a New Contract from Mifa Bersaudara

PT Antareja Mahada Makmur (AMM) has won its latest mining services cooperation contract with PT Mifa Bersaudara. The mining services contract was signed by AMM President Director Joko Triraharjo and AMM Director Muhammad Affan with Mifa Bersaudara President Director Ricky Nelson at Treasury Tower, Jakarta, on Thursday (19/10).

The signing was witnessed by AMM Commissioner Christianto Setyo, Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) Commissioner Andi Djajanegara, the Board of Directors of PT Mifa Bersaudara, and the Board of Directors of PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA).

Under the contract, AMM will carry out overburden removal, with Mifa's total production target for its contractors reaching 45 million bank cubic metres (BCM) per year through to 2028.

Mifa Bersaudara President Director Ricky Nelson said the cooperation is a mutually complementary synergy between AMM and Mifa Bersaudara. He is therefore very optimistic that it can help Mifa's business grow further.

"Ini tentang sinergi, melengkapi satu sama lain. Ini merupakan tonggak besar lainnya karena kami telah mencapai kesepakatan dengan AMM untuk membawa investasi, membawa SDM dan peralatan terbaiknya untuk memenuhi standar kami. Jika sebelumnya produksi tertinggi Overburden kami sebesar 30 juta BCM, dengan mengucapkan Bismillah, dengan sinergi ini kami targetkan 45 juta BCM. Semoga kerjasama ini bisa menghasilkan tujuan yang lebih besar lagi kedepannya," said Ricky Nelson in his remarks.

On its first cooperation with Mifa Bersaudara, AMM President Director Joko Triraharjo said the company stands ready to help Mifa Bersaudara reach 45 million BCM.

"Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas kepercayaan PT Mifa Bersaudara, kami akan berusaha semoga project ini diberkahi Allah SWT, berjalan dengan lancar, dan target yang diberikan sebesar 45 juta BCM dengan senang hati (kami akan capai). Semoga kolaborasi kita membawa keberkahan untuk AMM, Mifa dan juga bermanfaat bagi bangsa dan negara terutama bagi masyarakat Aceh," said Joko Triraharjo in his remarks.

AMM is a mining contractor and a subsidiary of PPA. Founded on 11 December 2017, it has grown rapidly into a mining services company working across coal mining areas belonging to a number of mining businesses.

At the Good Mining Practice Award 2023 held by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources at the end of September, AMM won three Aditama Awards for Standardisation Management of Mineral & Coal Mining Services Businesses in the Mining Services Business Licence Holder group, for AMM Site MHU and AMM Site BIB.
