Committed to Raising People-Based Productivity, PPA Wins the Top HC Awards 2025

PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) has once again made its mark, winning two awards at the Top Human Capital Awards 2025, held at Hotel Raffles Jakarta on Tuesday (4/11).

The event, attended by Indonesia's Minister of Manpower Prof. Yassierli, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. and the Special Staff to the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Merry Riana, was organised by TopBusiness magazine in cooperation with Human Capital experts and academics from a number of leading Indonesian universities, among them Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Padjadjaran and Universitas Pertamina.

In his remarks, the Minister of Manpower expressed his appreciation to all the award recipients.

"Selamat kepada Bapak/Ibu yang mendapatkan award. Semoga bisa mempertahankan dan menjadi role model dalam pengelolaan Human Capital di Indonesia. Kita masih punya banyak pekerjaan rumah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas industri, dan salah satu solusinya adalah intervensi berbasis people. Saya hadir di sini dengan semangat bahwa Bapak/Ibu akan menjadi agent of change, para champion yang memberi warna bagi Indonesia," said Prof. Yassierli.

This year the Top Human Capital Awards was joined by 133 companies from a range of sectors, with around 400 participants in total drawn from Human Capital professionals, companies, institutions and academia. Carrying the theme "The Role of Talent Mobility and HCMS as Strategic Business Partner", the event stressed the importance of synergy between talent mobility and human resource management systems in raising competitiveness and organisational readiness for business change.

On the occasion, PPA won the 4-Star Top Human Capital Award and The Most Committed Top Leader on Human Capital 2025, given to PPA Site BIB and to the Department Head HCGA of PPA Site BIB, Noor Akhmad H. The awards were given for outstanding performance in implementing the Human Capital management system (HCMS) within the company.

Representing management, the Head of Division of Corporate Human Capital at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi, Sunaryo, expressed his appreciation for the award.
