PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) again asserted its presence on the international stage by taking part in the prestigious Coaltrans Asia 2025, held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Bali, on 21–23 September 2025.
Carrying the theme "Power, Policy and Progress: Coal's Geopolitical and Economic Influence in the Global Energy Transition", the event drew more than 1,000 mining industry players from a range of countries. Over the past three decades Coaltrans Asia has been held consistently and has become one of the largest forums bringing together Asian and global mining businesses to discuss the outlook for the mining sector and to strengthen strategic cross-sector cooperation within it.
The event was also attended by the Director General of Mineral and Coal at ESDM Tri Winarno, the Director of Coal Business Development at ESDM Surya Herjuna, and PPA Group's leadership.
At Coaltrans 2025, PPA placed technology and innovation as the roots underpinning the sustainability of all its subsidiaries. This approach strengthens PPA's business ecosystem as a mining company that is resilient, adaptive and sustainable, while affirming PPA's position as a leading principal partner in the national mining industry.
PPA's presence was one of the forum's main highlights, in step with the company's rapid growth and the positive appreciation of its stakeholders. Besides presenting an exhibition booth, Coaltrans 2025 also offered strategic discussions and presentations from key figures in Asian mining.
