PPA Director Delivers a Briefing to 260 SV UGM Graduates

R Teguh Sapto Subroto, PPA HCGA & Legal Director, was invited to speak at the Alumni Briefing for graduates of SV UGM, Period IV of August 2023, held at the TLC Building of the UGM Vocational School on Monday, 21 August 2023.

Also present to deliver the briefing to the 260 graduates were the Dean of the UGM Vocational School Dr. Ing. Ir Agus Maryono, the Chair of Kavogama H. Mas Yanto Harlianto, and representatives of PPA — PPA HCGA & Legal Director R Teguh Sapto Subroto and HCGA Division Head Dede Andarso — who gave a Company Sharing presentation on the theme "Membangun Keterampilan dan Kapasitas SDM di Industri Kontraktor Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara".

Besides introducing PPA Group — including PPA Academy, which has become PPA's own source of competent personnel who carry the PPA work culture and are ready to go straight to the job site as fresh graduates — the two also answered a range of questions from the graduates about career opportunities at PPA. "PPA ini growth bukan karena strategi yang tangguh tapi juga disupport oleh tenaga kerja yang tumbuh dan mau tumbuh," said Dede, conveying a message from Christianto Setyo, PPA President Director, as he closed his presentation by underlining how important it is for employees to keep growing and developing.
