PPA Group Delivers an Outstanding Performance at TKMPN XXIX 2025 Batam

Bringing Home 1 Diamond, 4 Platinum, 4 Gold and 2 Best Presentation

PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA Group) has again affirmed its commitment to building a culture of innovation for productivity with an outstanding performance at the Temu Karya Mutu dan Produktivitas Nasional (TKMPN) XXIX 2025, held in Batam on 24–29 November 2025. This year TKMPN set a record for participation with 2,500 participants from 222 companies, organised into 650 innovation teams competing across 20 innovation streams and 1 Quality Strategic Innovation (QSI) stream. Each stream featured more than 30 of the best innovations from a range of Indonesian industrial sectors.

In that increasingly tight competition, PPA Group sent 9 teams and achieved results to be proud of out of a total of 649 competing teams.

PPA Operations Director R Teguh Saptosubroto expressed his appreciation for the hard work of every team:

PPA Group's participation in TKMPN 2025 is also strong evidence of the company's consistency in applying the principles of Continuous Improvement, Lean Management and Operational Excellence across all operating areas, both at mining sites and in supporting functions at head office.
