PPA Leaders Development Program (PLDP) Batch VII Officially Begins

The opening of the PPA Leaders Development Program (PLDP) Batch VII was successfully held on Tuesday, 3 December 2024, at Pusdikzi TNI Bogor. The programme once again drew an extraordinary response from fresh graduates of universities across the country, both public and private.

The strong interest was evident from the number of applicants, which reached 25,000 fresh graduates competing for a place on this development programme. From a rigorous selection process, 82 of the best candidates were chosen to attend the opening of PLDP Batch VII.

The opening was also attended by PPA Operations Director R. Teguh Sapto Subroto, together with PPA's senior management, who offered guidance and encouragement to the participants.

Next, the PLDP Batch VII participants will undergo the Bintalsik programme for two weeks at Pusdikzi TNI Bogor, as part of the intensive training designed to build their leadership character and integrity.
