PPA Receives 2 Awards from the Regent of Muara Enim

PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA) was presented with two labour-related awards by the Regent of Muara Enim, Ahmad Usmarwi Kaffah.

Both awards were given to PPA Site Bukit Asam in Muara Enim on Friday, 24 February 2023, at Balai Agung Serasan Sekundang Muara Enim. PPA received a certificate of appreciation for compliance in carrying out the mandate of Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas di Ketenagakerjaan, and a certificate of appreciation for PPA's part in reducing unemployment in Muara Enim Regency in line with the Labour Placement Service Mechanism based on Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan, as amended several times, most recently by Peraturan Pemerintah pengganti Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 Tentang Cipta Kerja.

The event, attended by 37 companies, presented awards in 5 categories to companies operating in Muara Enim.
