Preparing Quality Leaders, PPA Holds the "Be Leader in YOU" (YOung and Unlimited) Training

Bogor – PT. Putera Perkasa Abadi this time held the PPA Leadership Development Program (PLDP) under the theme "Be Leader in YOU (YOung and Unlimited)", aimed at the younger generation and officially opened on 2 March at Aula Sudirman, Pusdikzi Kodilat TNI AD.

The PPA Leadership Development Program (PLDP) — in this case PPA Camp — is a programme aimed at shaping young people into quality, resilient leaders through Education, Training and Development.

The output hoped for from the PPA Camp programme is not only mastery of academic competence, but also emotional intelligence and the ability to lead, both of which are important elements in producing quality human resources.

The event was then opened by Djoko Purwanto, Operation - Division Head of PPA, who set out the 28-day series of activities, from the opening on 2 March through to the closing event on 29 March. He also explained that the event was attended by 52 participants from Indonesia's best universities.

"Saya mengucapkan selamat menjalankan program pelatihan PPA Camp untuk 52 peserta yang sudah hadir. Silahkan manfaatkan kegiatan ini secara maksimal dan jadikan acara PPA Camp ini sebagai ajang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan diri."

Djoko Purwanto went on to express his hope that the participants attending this PLDP series would go on to apply it to the full, so that it becomes of benefit to the progress of the nation and of the company.

Running the PPA leadership development program is a concrete commitment and contribution by PPA to society, particularly to the younger generation, so as to create resilient successors for the nation who possess a spirit of leadership.
